Cloudflare
Whenever I register a domain name, the first thing I do is change the name servers to Cloudflare. Because I use Cloudflare DNS on my devices, any change I make will be immediately testable.

Netlify also provides DNS and CDN services so you can pick and choose when to use which per site.
